What We’re Working On
Rule 47? No Doritos. Can you imagine the mess they’d make on your uniform? Even Cool Ranch, sorry. And don’t forget Rule 46. Don’t ruin the movie for others. Some of you may have seen the Henry Danger episode where he and Captain Man had to defeat The Spoiler – a bad guy because he was ruining the endings of movies for people. That’s just not cool.

Get to Know Kohia Theo Watkins
Martial arts training brings some pretty memorable experiences! For Kohai Theo Watkins what comes to mind is the Friday of his second-degree black belt exam. Training that day involved doing a workout in full sweats with medicine balls in a freezing cold pool. Nevertheless, the Myers Park High student has enjoyed the self-discipline and perseverance he’s learned at CMAA and particularly the leadership skills he’s gained.
Theo’s advice? “Stay with it no matter how much you want to quit because I know I wanted to, but now I’m so glad I stuck with it as it has given me tons of opportunities.”
